Testimonial graphics fail when they are set in beautiful type, because beautiful type reads as written by the studio. So these were left exactly as they arrived: dark chat bubbles, real timestamps, mixed Swahili and English, emoji intact.

The bubbles are staggered in depth and scattered diagonally across the frame rather than stacked in a column, which gives the layout the feel of a conversation still happening. A light bloom behind them lifts the dark bubbles off the blue field.

A phone edge intrudes from the left and the 3D emblem anchors the lower left. The reader is looking over somebody's shoulder — that is the whole effect.

The problem

Present testimonials so they read as genuine rather than as marketing copy the studio wrote about itself.

What we did

Keep the original chat UI, timestamps, code-switching and emoji, then stage the bubbles in depth so it feels observed rather than composed.
