Timing
How long does a logo take?
A Basic package is 4 days, Standard is 6 days and Premium is 10 days from the moment the brief and deposit land. Rush work is possible — say so up front and we will tell you honestly whether we can hold the quality.
Payment
Do I have to pay everything upfront?
No. A 50% deposit starts the work and the balance is due on delivery of final files. For jobs under TSh 25,000 we usually just take it in full to save everyone the admin.
How do I pay?
Vodacom Lipa Namba 36993072 (ELEGANCE THE HUB). Other mobile money and bank transfer can be arranged — ask.
Deliverables
What files will I receive?
For logos: vector masters (AI/EPS/SVG), PNG with transparency, JPG, mono and reversed lockups, plus your colour codes. For print: press-ready PDF at 300 DPI in CMYK with bleed.
Process
How many revisions do I get?
Three on Basic, five on Standard, seven on Premium. Revisions are refinements of an approved direction — a complete change of direction is a new concept and is quoted separately.
Do you keep my files?
Yes. Your source files stay on record, so a repeat job or a small edit six months later does not start from zero.
Services
Do you print, or only design?
Both. We can hand you the file, or manage the print job end to end and deliver the finished product within Dar es Salaam.
Can you work with clients outside Tanzania?
Yes. Everything runs over WhatsApp, email and video call, and files are delivered digitally. Pricing stays in TZS unless you ask otherwise.
What is the invoice system exactly?
A branded, automated invoicing setup for your business — it numbers invoices, calculates totals, stores your client list and prints or emails a clean PDF. No more rebuilding invoices in Word.
Legal
Who owns the final design?
You do, in full, once the invoice is settled. We only ask to show the work in our portfolio — and if the project is confidential, say so and we will not.
