Elegance The Hub

Give your brand somebody to send

A logo sits still. A character can sit, stand, point, skate and sell. Building Mr. Elegance changed how our campaigns work.

Give your brand somebody to send

We had a good mark. It worked flat, it worked small, it worked reversed. And every campaign still needed a new hero image, because a logo cannot do anything — it can only sit there.

So we gave it a body.

The head is the mark

The decision that made the whole thing work: no face. The character's head is the logo rendered as a glossy helmet. No eyes to age, no mouth to date, no expression competing with the brand. The mark is the personality.

Wardrobe carries the mood

Because the face is fixed, clothing does the emotional work. Royal blue tracksuit for everyday campaigns. White for relaxed, premium messaging. A tailored suit when the message is formal. Same character, three tones of voice.

What it changed

Campaign production got faster and cheaper. No stock photography, no model release, no image that says generic African business person from a stock site. And the work became instantly recognisable — clients now describe us as "the ones with the blue guy".

If your brand has a personality on paper but nothing to put in a frame, build the character. It pays for itself by the fourth campaign.
